To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentry Security Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of property, theft, vandalism, or other damages arising from or related to the services provided.
The total liability of Sentry Security Group, if any, shall be strictly limited to the total amount of fees paid by the Client for services during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Security services provided by Sentry Security Group are intended to reduce risk and act as a deterrent. No security service can guarantee the prevention of all incidents, losses, theft, or damages.
Security services provided by Sentry Security Group are intended solely as a deterrent and risk mitigation measure and shall not be construed as a guarantee against theft, vandalism, trespass, injury, property damage, or any other criminal or unlawful activity. Under no circumstances shall Sentry Security Group be liable for losses arising from incidents that occur despite the provision of security services, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Sentry Security Group.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain safe site conditions
- Follow recommended security procedures
- Notify Sentry Security Group of any risks or incidents
Failure to do so may impact service effectiveness.
6. Confidentiality
Sentry Security Group will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information obtained during the course of providing services.
Clients agree not to disclose proprietary methods, reports, or security procedures without written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, and materials, is the property of Sentry Security Group and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Sentry Security Group may use third-party tools or services in the course of operations.
We are not responsible for the practices or performance of third-party providers beyond our control.
9. Termination of Services
Sentry Security Group reserves the right to:
