The Challenge
The property was facing repeated issues with unauthorized individuals entering the building, overnight lobby occupation during winter, vehicle break-ins in underground parking, and a growing sense of insecurity among residents.
Our Solution
Sentry Security Group introduced stricter access control enforcement, a no-tailgating policy, after-hours entry controls, visitor verification, and a visible on-site guard presence. The security strategy also included lobby monitoring, randomized parking and perimeter patrols, and firm but professional handling of unauthorized individuals in coordination with property management.

Unauthorized entry was reduced by more than 80 percent, vehicle break-ins declined significantly, overnight lobby occupation was eliminated, and resident confidence in the building’s safety was restored.
